The range has a folding or non-folding scooter function as well models with seats or you can also go for a scooter without the seat. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our Warranty:In addition to any other guarantee or warranty implied by law, Go Skitz (Go Easy Australia Pty Ltd) warrants that Go Skitz products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (“Warranty”). Some parts have a limited warranty period see below.

This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear parts or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance or storage of Go Skitz Products.
How a claim is made
When making a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase, condition photos of the item. This information is required to be submitted via the support center and communication is made through the support center. When the claim is created, the customer will receive the claim number and the customer support team should reply within 48 hours.
